$1000 To Win Speedway City Formula 500 Southern Showdown...
Chris Brooks posted Sunday January 31, 2010.

Entries have now opened for the $1000 to win Southern showdown for Formula 500s, to be held at Speedway City on February 20.

The super fast flying Formula 500s will be out to impress again at Speedway City, where they were the show stoppers at the same venue in December for the ECO Pest Control Christmas Cup. That night the racing was fast and furious where Victorian Liam Williams took the win from young Angelo Karoussis, after visiting American Austin Farley flipped out of the feature while leading. Many drivers on the night were showing incredible pace, circulating the venue in Sprintcar like times.

The Southern Showdown has now been supported by Knuckles Logistics who now will support the Knuckles Logistics pole shuffle, where the top six in points after the heats will battle it out for the right to start on pole for the feature and will also claim $100 for the shuffle win, thanks to Dave Graves at Knuckles Logistics.

More sponsors for the event will be released shortly and entries can be down loaded from www.formula500.com.au or www.speedwaycity.com.au or call Chris Brooks on 0433 856 814 for details.

The 2010 Southern Showdown is proudly supported by Knuckles Logistics, Winning Wings and BROOKS Marketing and Media.
