CHRISTMAS COMES EARLY FOR SPRINTCAR AND DEMO DERBY FANS!
Finish Line Media posted Thursday November 27, 2014.

In the final show before the a four week break Speedway City hosts a double header this Saturday night with Round 3 of the QSS SA Sprintcar Shootout and at the end of the night a car crunching 4 Cylinder Demolition Derby.

The 410 Sprintcars headline the racing side of the program with the next instalment of the new QSS SA Sprintcar Shootout Series and the points battle up the top is about to get very interesting with several drivers keen to be in front as we head into a three week period with three rounds in three weeks. Points leader is not participating this weekend so everyone will be keen to reel in his points lead albeit a few points. Luke Dillon, Brad Keller, Brendan Quinn, Brendan Guerin, Keke Falland, Dylan Jenkin, Caruso & Pitt Brothers all lead the young gun charge while rookies Aidan Hall and Brock Hallett will be keen to mix it up with their fancied rivals while Mark Reuter will make his season debut in the familiar #95 machine.

As the Australian Wingless Sprint Title gets closer by the week the numbers are also on the rise with 24 nominations this week racing will be on from the get go as only the top 20 will make the Feature race. Once again Wigzell, Chadwick, Dalitz, Evans, Heard, Ireland, Kennedy are just some of the drivers in action this week. The Wingless Sprints put on close great racing this week will be no exception.

The second round of the JD Couriers Super Sedan Series will be fiercely contested with a couple drivers back and Dave Gartner not contesting this weekend it will be on! Young hotshoe Ryan Alexander will be keen to keep his Enzed machine up the front but he will have plenty of opposition with Michael Miller, Paul Blenkiron, Bill Miller, Whyalla's Michael Brown, The Worthley boys all looking for their first win of the season.

The 360 Sprintcars are back and rearing to go and with fine weather this week they will be keen to get a full run in and with a field of ten cars including Gates, McCarthy, The Evans boys, Darryl Guerin, Lovegrove, Burford and rookie Mark Johnson who did quite well two weeks ago on debut.

The Street Stocks return and a 15 car field will do battle their racing has been fantastic in the first couple shows this season so far.

And Finally the Crazy Christmas 4 Cylinder Demolition Derby supported by Laguna Loans will round out the program with a 24 car field to see who can bash and crash till there's one car standing... It will be one not to miss and will round out a very busy program.

This is the final show at Speedway City before Enzed World Series Sprintcars roars into town on Boxing Night December 26.
